Finance Executive
Overseeing the company’s core financial functions, including managing accounts, cash flow oversight, financial budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities also encompass in-depth financial analysis and preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually to management and stakeholders.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Prepare for and support audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing following local regulations.
- Manage financial relationships with vendors, including negotiating payment terms and ensuring timely payments.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and support to management in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
