ICT Support Specialist

Position Overview:

 

As an ICT Support Specialist at Evoke Labs, you will be a key contributor to customer support, 2nd-level technical assistance, and various general IT tasks. We are seeking an individual with a solid understanding of networking, AWS fundamentals, cloud technologies, basic MySQL, ITIL, basic IT security, and server management in both Linux and Windows environments.

  • Gain a deep understanding of our software development processes and workflows to effectively support management decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to set realistic operational targets and timeframes for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Perform cost calculations, budget tracking, and resource coordination to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Document processes, procedures, and project plans meticulously, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
  • Actively monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions to keep projects on course.
  • Prepare and present status reports that provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping management make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform cost calculations accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in the software development industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in project management, process documentation, or similar roles is a plus.
